Simon has specialised in residential conveyancing since qualifying in 2003. He regularly acts for people selling their homes to a leading ‘chain break’ company, being one of a very small number of solicitors invited to join their panel. Alongside general property work, Simon also provides independent advice to many clients in connection with equity release mortgage schemes.
