New solicitor

Specialist solicitor Ruth Baker joins our wills, probate and trusts team this month.

Ruth is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Law Society Private Client Section; she is also an associate member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

She advises on all aspects of lifetime estate planning, including the preparation of wills, inheritance tax and the creation of trusts as well as in areas such as powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters and the administration of estates and trusts.

Ruth moved from Harrison Clark LLP where she trained and has worked since qualifying in 2007.
