General information

Hours of business  Our offices are open from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours appointments can be arranged if these times are difficult. We may arrange home or hospital visits if you are not able to travel to us.

Access  We are based in offices overlooking Imperial Gardens in the centre of Cheltenham. There are several steps leading into each of our buildings. If access is likely to be a problem, please let us know.

Parking  Metered parking is normally available around Imperial Square.

Terms & conditions  We provide you with written details at the outset.

Charges  We provide information about the structure of our charges at the start. We are happy to discuss these and give estimates where possible.

Progress report  It is our practice to maintain regular contact and keep you informed of progress.

Funding  There are several ways in which matters may be funded, depending on circumstances and on the type of case. After-the-event insurance may be an option and in some areas we may be able to act under a no-win, no fee agreement. Please ask for advice.

Storage of documents  We can provide storage facilities in 
our strong room for deeds, wills and other securities.
