Paul, who qualified as a solicitor in 1991, trained and worked for a number of law firms in the West End and the City before joining us in 2006. A specialist in dispute resolution, he has acted for large corporate organizations such as American Express, Morgan Stanley, GE Capital, PizzaExpress, and the Kohler Group, and is used to handling complex commercial proceedings through the High Court and County Court.
Paul has considerable experience of ADR, in particular mediation. His expertise includes shareholders, directors and partnership disputes. He also deals with construction and intellectual property matters, and regularly advises on a wider range of contractual issues such as commercial supply, distribution and agency agreements.
