Bridget Redmond LLB
Managing partner
I joined the firm 15 years ago and was appointed as managing partner in 2016 (sharing the role with former managing partner Margaret Austen between 2013-2016). Prior to this, I led the firm’s residential property team.
Along with the day-to-day running and strategic management of the practice, my role as managing partner focuses on supporting everyone at Willans to achieve their best. This involves making sure everyone is well-equipped with what they need in order to flourish and make a real contribution to the direction and the development of the firm. I believe that if I look after our lawyers and support staff really well, they will look after our clients really well.
